About Studio L1

Intentionality is the true luxury.

I'm an interior architect. I design homes that are built around the person living in them — not around a style, a trend, or a template.

Twelve years of real rooms, real people, real constraints.

I trained and practise as an interior architect in Estonia, and I've spent more than a decade working with clients and their homes. Everything Studio L1 offers grew out of that work — not from theory, but from the same problems appearing again and again across twelve years of projects.

The method came the way most good methods do: slowly, out of practice. It's built from my own way of thinking about space, my interest in what actually makes a person feel at home, and the daily, unglamorous challenges of real projects — awkward light, tight budgets, competing needs, lives that don't fit the plan.

What I offer here isn't a service dressed up as a system. It's the working process itself, made legible — so you can use it whether or not you ever hire me.

The Studio L1 Method™

Six stages. One continuous cycle.

This is the loop we're always inside, whether we notice it or not. Here it's applied to the home — but the structure is wider than that, and you can enter it anywhere.

What each stage asks

Every stage answers one question.

01

Identity

Your values, your motivations, the preferences that were always there. Everything downstream depends on getting this right first.

“Who am I, before any room?”
02

Lifestyle

Identity turned into daily practice — the habits, rituals and priorities that make up how you actually spend your hours.

“How do I want to live?”
03

Environment

The architecture itself — light, layout, material, flow. Space shaped to support your energy rather than work against it.

“What does this space need to do?”
04

Experience

How the home feels to move through. The ordinary moments — mornings, arrivals, evenings — made calmer and easier.

“How does it feel to be here?”
05

Wellbeing

What the space gives back over time. Small improvements that compound into rest, focus, and quiet confidence.

“What is this home doing for me?”
06

Future Possibility

Your life keeps moving, so the home does too. Stage six returns you to stage one with a sharper sense of yourself.

“Who am I becoming next?”
Where to begin

A home finishes. A life doesn't.

Which is why the method is a loop rather than a checklist. You can enter it anywhere — at identity, at lifestyle, or at the life you're still imagining. Most people start by finding out how they're actually wired.
